Built from the drill seat up.

Logan Sosebee founded Sosebee Land & Properties in 2018 with a standard he still holds every crew to: do it right the first time, do it safe, and answer the phone when the customer calls.

Look for Logan and you'll usually find him in the seat of a directional drill, steering a bore under a highway while traffic keeps moving overhead. He reads the ground, plans the bore path, and understands what's at stake when gas, water, and fiber lines sit a few feet from the drill head.

That field-first discipline is why prime contractors and utilities call Sosebee when a crossing has to go right on the first pass. Every operator learns the job the way Logan did: confirm the locates, pothole the conflicts, track the tool foot by foot, and leave the site cleaner than you found it.

Today the company works coast to coast without losing what got it started. When you call Sosebee, you're talking to the people whose name is on the truck.
